Mental Health Services
The Center offers client focused behavioral health services. Services are provided to adults 18 years and older by licensed mental health professionals. Individual and group therapy is offered in addition to medication evaluation and management. Clients and their significant others are encouraged to actively participate in developing their treatment plan and goals and give input to ongoing care.
Services:
- Screening - Determines the client’s eligibility for admission or referral.
- Intake - The initial administrative procedures for admission.
- Assessment - The procedure by which a counselor develops a diagnostic evaluation of the client’s mental health conditions in order to provide an integrated approach to treatment planning based on the client’s strengths, weaknesses, and identified problems and needs.
- Treatment Planning - Process by which the counselor and the client identify and rank problems needing resolution; establish agreed upon immediate and long-term goals; and decide upon a treatment process and the resources to be utilized.
- Counseling - Provides individuals, groups or families an opportunity to explore mental health issues. Licensed mental health therapists and social workers are prepared to assist clients to cope with a wide variety of issues and concerns.
