  • All competency and sanity evaluations are funded by the Ohio Department of Mental Health/Office of Forensic Services dollars distributed as pass through only to county boards
  • Evaluation records are the property of the referring court and cannot be distributed to other parties without the court’s permission
  • Evaluations are completed for municipal and juvenile courts under the above statutes
  • Payment arrangements with referral sources are required
